What are the conditions for returning the item?
- Product seal must be intact.
- Item must be returned in original condition.
- Item must include all packaging and accessories
- Please return all free or promotional items that came with the purchase else the return will become invalid.
How long after delivery can I submit my claim and how?
- Items can be returned only at the time of delivery ONLY. Once delivered, items cannot be returned.
What if I receive a faulty product?
- If the item delivered in faulty or damaged or you are not satisfied with the product packaging, please email us immediately at email@example.com. The company reserves exclusive right to make a final decision on any such matter. In case, the product is faulty/damaged, the customer will be provided with the choice to either take a refund or exchange the product with something else of the same amount.
- After three (3) days of delivery, no claims will be entertained.
